Return - Exchange Policy

We want you to have the product you love and therefore, if you are not happy with the product, you can exchange them subject to the following conditions.

  • You can exchange within 7 days of receipt of the order
  • Products can be exchanged if they are not used and in original packaging. If the product is not in original and brand new condition, we will not be able to process the exchange.
  • If you have received a different product to your order, or a damaged or defective product, we will take full responsibility.
  • Unless in the case of a defective product, the cost of returning a product will have to be borne by you.
  • Upon returning an item, you can exchange for another item of your liking or if you can obtain store credits (valid for a period of 3 months).

              Terms & Conditions

              Items purchased may either be picked up from the Store or delivered to the customer.

              Pick Up from Store

              After placing an order with the option “Pick up from Store”, you will be notified once your order is ready for collection or if an item is unavailable at the selected store.

              You must provide your Order Number at the time of pick up. Failure to do so will prevent us from tracing and releasing your order.

              If a pick-up order has not been paid for, the item will be held for a maximum period of three (3) days only. If the order is not collected within this time frame, the order will be automatically cancelled.

              Delivery

              Delivery of items purchased from edys is available only within Sri Lanka. Delivery charges may apply.

              Delivery timelines are determined based on the items purchased and the delivery destination. Orders are usually delivered within 2–4 business days.

              In certain situations, delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of edys.
