What You Will Do

• Check all products received for the correct quantity and quality
• Inspect incoming items for damages before accepting them into the warehouse
• Record every item received and issued in the inventory system
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records
• Organise products carefully so that items can be located and handled efficiently
• Assist with regular stock counts and inventory audits
• Maintain a clean, safe and well-organised warehouse environment
• Support other storekeeping and warehouse responsibilities as required

What We Need From You

• A minimum of one year’s experience in store handling, warehouse operations or a related field
• A diploma or certification in Inventory Management, Storekeeping or a related discipline is preferred
• Good spoken and written communication skills in English and Sinhala
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, email and inventory-management systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, extended hours and public holidays when required
